uploading a profile picture

Hi All!

I'm new here and though I'm usually pretty good at figuring out new sites, for some reason I just can't get a profile picture up?

I have uploaded the limit of 3 and I can see the thumbnails on my edit profile page, but I cannot "set" one as my profile. Any ideas?
