The favorite button?

I am sure this is a very dumb question but I have looked and looked and looked for the favorite button on different project pages and I am unable to locate the button. Could someone please tell me where I could find it?

It is right in the middle under the project pictures. And no question is a stupid one!! Especially if you're new to the site!
