Trying to get on a users profile to PM

I have just been paired up for a swap and I cant get onto the profile of the person - it saying oops there is a problem.

Erm what to do?

I keep getting the "oops there is a problem" when I try and go onto the swap boards... who is it you are trying to contact?

Would you like to see if I can send her a PM and tell her to contact you? Maybe you could exchange private emails maybe you are both having this problem?? Just a thought
