Is there a "watch topic" option?

Other forums I'm a member of have the option of watching a thread that you're either interested in or have contributed to. I can't find forum options for that, nor can I find a button to 'watch' the topic at the bottom of individual thread pages. Is it really obvious and I'm missing it or will I have to keep clicking on every thread I think I've written in to see if there are responses?

Sorry if this has been asked before, I did a search and couldn't find anything.
