new posts?

Hey, just wondering if this is right. The little speech bubbles next to the topics only seem to show up green for me when I've just posted something there. They're gray the rest of the time. Shouldn't they be showing up green when someone else has posted something new? :s

This is happening for me, I haven't checked the threads as I saw no green bubbles, but then I looked today and still no green bubbles, but there were actually new posts from the last few days, then they only go green when I post something Happy
