Can't upload avatar photo

I WANT A NEW PIC! it says it's sucessfully upload, but don't appear even when it says that is my current image.

I deleted my old pic and "sucessfully" uploaded my new one but the old one is still showing even after i deleted it.

I think my problem is fixed now, I uploaded a new pic, and at first it didn't appear but I clicked again the button upload and that was all I did.
