Can't upload avatar photo

I tried uploading a photo to use as my avatar and it says that it's the current avatar in use, yet it just shows the default pic of the grey little man. I don't wanna be a grey little man! Help!

We had a bit of a problem with image caching earlier, as Tom's making the site faster, so try again now and see if it works!

it's still not working Happy
now, the page comes up with "internet explorer cannot display the webpage" and then when I press refresh, it goes back to the CO&K site and says "Sorry- not found"

I am having the same problem...it either gives me a page saying that the photo is too big...or it gives me an error page..

Hiya - I am having problems uploading an image too!! I am just getting the big red cross instead! Any ideas? Is it something to do with picture size?
