I went to a thrift shop and got some vintage sewing magazines and they have a lot of things in them that can help beginners without paying a lot for a new sewing book/magazines.

I feel like the shoulder pads might look a bit odd as bust cups, if you've done it before and it looked good go for it, if not I would recommend getting some bust cups at Joanns (if you have a Joanns) or using an old bra. I think the bust cups come with directions xD Not sure. You could even get a pattern that had directions on putting in bust cups. And if I were you I would add boning to the dress...? If you were comfortable with doing that.

What're your favorite Etsy shops? and if you have one share it I'm just looking to see what's all on Etsy hah
I'm going to agree with Monika, I wouldn't put anything in a device that isn't intended for it :/ how about you buy a cheap charger or pair of ear buds and cut away the parts that aren't plugged in and just mess with the outside of the part you DO plug in but just don't put foreign objects in them
Hedgehog Just because I want that to be it haha it'd probably be something else XD Just can't think of one
I want to go to college for business and some how start a "home-grown" fashion brand I guess. SO I guess you could say fashion designer but I'd really just be a entrepreneur I've been sewing for quite a long time and have been working to open an etsy store for the hats I sell because I need to have them in other places other than the local shop that carries them
Look on Wattpad.com
I'll take a challenge
It'd be great to continue the old thread I think
Just wondering where everyone else gets their inspiration for crafts and diys from I need some more sources

I want to make this skirt but am a bit hesitant to make it with cotton rather than knit. Any tips? I've made not stretch skirts before but I'm confused on how to make THIS with cotton. :C Help?
Thanks
You could get your first color in your hair, ombre it with bleach, then add the other color on the bleached part.
can't get off it hehe
