I would say the same. Pick college that also has a convenient environment to live, and allows you a wide opportunity-depends on your interest. My college has connection with other Asian universities so I had a chance to go for an exchange abroad. Again, see what matches your interest. It was in Taipei, large city and so lively 24 hours.
The town where I'm doing my master degree is a small and quiet town in Germany. Good connections, so in the end when I helped their international conference I had a chance to met the famous scholars personally and got a PhD offer in US. For you the best way to find out is of course their website, but normally they don't have all the information there. Try to ask if you know some of the alumni or just email the university directly. Normally they have (international) student office.

can't agree more on that. this has to stop, and there are way too much projects that also doesn't make sense...perhaps the moderating should also be a little tighter.
but come to think of it, its not just her...some projects that even seems popular here, if you googled it you will find the exact same one from "creative ideas" websites. and since generally those websites doesn't give any source toward the author, its even harder to say which is which.
I did, and it hurts, piercing is better. I would suggest you to get some earrings soon, otherwise your ear hole will heal and the hole will close. you also will need to find out whether you have metal allergies or not, if you do then you can't wear stainless steel. I have this allergy and can only wear gold, sterling silver and titanium.
try to find the nearest piercing studio, and not the ones who used guns. I tried guns, its fine and I don't have problems but I heard lots of people does. I got several piercings, though now I only have my belly button left.
I think what's worst is some of the tutorials are perhaps barely tutorials because you can find it everywhere else in the internet - especially in "creative ideas" sites - which probably means its just a product of a copycat.
