Last week I got an email from a customer complaining her order got to her too fast.

    OMG...TOO FAST.

Two days before she got it I told her she would be getting her package very soon because she only lived a state away. I said we normally get tracking numbers 1-2 days after it's sent so I'll would get it to her when I got it. Well her package came before they gave me the tracking. So she complained she got her package before she got tracking. OMGWTF. Most people are like "YAY got my stuff fast!"
Then she also complained it was hard for her to pick up her packages from the office they were delivered to.
I wrote back to her pretty much politely saying "Lady we deliver to the address you gave us. If it was gonna be a pain to get it from there you should have chosen another place, we would have sent it"

well I'm not usually like this....

but yeah, hurt something of his. His lawn, his car, a term paper deletion.

But your friend needs to tell someone.

You know what.... quit. No one health is every worth the aggravation of people that are too much of an idiot to understand.

It's a lame-o saying but if you don't have your health, you don't have anything.

It honestly isn't worth talking to people like that.

My old job from 3 years ago tried to pull that crap. Had me on an 11 day shift and promised to change it. I thought if I worked hard went above and beyond the call of duty they might respect me. Nope. I'm just another worker and the moment I realized it I left for better things and a place that could use my skills.

The ONLY way people like that ever learn is if you up and leave. And a lot of the time, even that doesn't send a wake up call.

This stuff makes me wish back then that I had the 20 something year old vocab and moxie I have now.

Man would I lay into those asses in class about what they would be doing with the rest of their lives.

Kitten I admire you for being so bold. Don't worry about it. This stuff seems to big now but it calms down and becomes a tiny little footnote in your life or forgotten all together. Also I can't believe someone had ZERO tact by saying that while you were within earshot. The nerve of some people.

I did something similar in my teens. Looking back, I am so glad I said something rather than pining away. I am still appalled at how people try to quantify the value of people beginning in their teens. We are so horrid to each other.
Just in case you wanted to know, nothing came of the first boy I told him that I liked him when I was 13.
At 15 another boy told me her was dating an acquaintance of mine.
At 17 another boy told me he wouldn't date outside his race.

I recovered. I have a good feeling you will find someone who deserves your attention.

It's not grassroots DIY. It's 10 ladies they hired to come up with stuff in a test kitchen.
The rest of us figure it out ourselves, which is more fun anyways.

On the bright side maybe it will help our consumerist culture learn that not everything needs to be bought and give them the empowerment to be brave enough to modify what you already have into something totally new.

(i've no idea what it's called but it makes me want to wear a mint green flapper dress with a fur collar and lounge across the bonnet.)

Is it a PT Cruiser? Cause those make me want to put on 1940's clothing and wearing driving gloves and a scarf.

Kiefer is out of jail now after serving his 40 something day sentence.

I read something about him being transfered to a less crowded prison on the terms that he serve ALL his sentence with no time off for good behavior.

The idea of insurance never set well with me.
When it was explained to me as a girl the first thing out of my mouth was "So you pay people money in case something happens and if something doesn't happen they keep your money?"

Load of bull. If I am a careful driver I should get more than half my premium back. If I take care of myself and have regular check ups to prevent $15,000 surgery I should get some money back.

I understand it's for catastrophic events or even to pay for someone else's terrible event, but they should be ashamed of themselves for preying on people's "what if" fears AND keeping their money.

Perhaps the solution would be like an insurance bank. You put money into it for your personal use in case of emegency. The insurance company can pull from it to help others but they pay you a small interest fee to use it and then they have to put it back.

All i have to say is Good go some place else I don't need someone who is as annoying and impatient as you bothering me when I could be helping someone else who is nicer and more deserving! and that is my complaint. I hate people. (some of them anyway)

Brandi B. I couldn't have said that better myself.

I work an an online luggage company and I am sick and tired of people ordering 3 business days before Christmas and getting pissed off their order isn't there yet. What the heck were they thinking?

Danielle, I'm so sorry sweetie. It makes me fear to try to sew for profit.
For you I would try finding an organic baby store. One of those places that eco friendly moms go so their baby can have all natural, home spun goodness.
People pay a LOT of money for that stuff.

I am mad at men. Men who don't know what a good thing they got and are always looking for the next chick they can bag.
I am also mad a bosses that have no idea what it's like in the trenches anymore.

I work at a luggage and baby item store. I man the internet and bills for them. I used to also take photos and do photoshop for them for the website. But I hardly do that anymore. It unfortunately developed into yet another customer service job. It's not terrible but I keep ending up dealing with customers in my job which I don't want to do anymore. It got old a couple years ago.

I was wondering outloud why people calling in to my work were being so pushy. It's supposed to be the time of year where we are nicer, remember family, and slow down to appreciate a home cooked meal.

My co-worker pointed out that people are stressed, trying to do everything, and want their presents to already be wrapped and ready to go.

    How sad.

Here is an interesting read I saw today about Celeb Combacks.
It does make me angry they get away with illegal stuff and come back and make more money than any decent person who follows the rules will see in their lifetime.

That movie voice guy is just one guy, Don Fontaine. And you are right, that guy has serious bank. I think he gets like 12,000 a movie or something. There are comedians I've seen that can copy him.
He did a funny video with all the other movie voice guys. There is a Disney guy, a tough guy, the black guy and a couple other ones. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JQRtuxdfQHw
