That reminds me of when I was a kid, during the first big wave of Star Wars mania. We couldn't afford the expensive playsets for the action figures, so I used to build big ones out of boxes and styrofoam and toilet paper tubes. Pill bottles made excellent detention cells! But the action figures were much skinnier then than they are these days.
Hi everyone, I'm Greg from Brooklyn, NY. I'm a radical journalist and activist with an artsy-craftsy bent. I've been writing all kinds of things and drawing comics since I was a teenager (too long ago!). I'm working on a novel, a self-produced comic, and recently I've started blogging and trying to do collage. My wife Michelle is actually more crafty than me, she's my inspiration to push a little more in that direction.

This is a draft of a collage I'm working on for my wife/partner for our 6th wedding anniversary.
I'm a real newbie at collage, so I know it's pretty superficial. It's kind of a hodge-podge of things we like or have experienced together over the years. Any thoughts or feedback would be appreciated.
