Last record you bought?
"alone" by judy garland. nice!
I grabbed As Heard on Radio Soulwax Pt. 2 by 2 Many DJ's and Frizzle Fry by Primus the other day, which again fall into the "I've been meaning to get these for ages" category.
Charley Pride
avril - the best damn thing xDD
Patrick Watson - closer to paradise. I got it because he sings on the best album I have heard all year Ma Fleur by the Cinematic Orchestra (yes its better then The Smashing Pumpkins, Radiohead, UNKLE, Nine Inch Nails, White Stripes, Kate Nsh etc). Infct the best song of the cinematic orchestra will be well known to you grey's anatomy fans it was used at the end of last season when some love was being professed
See the new Kate Nash song, is she saying that all she wants is "your kiss" or "your kids"?
your kiss. she just wants a booty call
Hate Kate Nash *glares*
Love Kate Nash *swoons*
She's so annoying! Fake cockneys irritate me. Especially ones who sing about their body parts. Good for you love.
What body parts has she been singing about?
The last record I got (it was a present from T) was PJ Harvey - White Chalk, the last song I bought was Glasvegas - Daddy's Gone and the last song I downloaded was the free download of the new Christmas song by the Manics.
You Think It's Like This But Really It's Like This, by Mirah.
<3333
She wrote a whole song that just goes like "This is my skin and my teeth and I have hair on my body"
For Yule I got the Patchwork Grace album, Mindless Self Indulgence - You'll Rebel To Anything, and Mika =)
My Tom bought me Sugababes sing collection for christmas, and I'm very much looking forward to listening to it. I love that last year he bought me a couple of indie records and this year round I get unbridled pop music. Of course the Sugbabes were better back in the day with the original line-up, and of course they've left off my all time favourite song, but I still can't wait to crack it open.
My mum got Amy Winehouse so I'm going to stick that on the stereo later too.
Just ordered Newton Faulker's CD from play.com
