You can't lose weight in one day. I would suggest you try drinking ALOT of water to help flush your system clean. Also refrain from salt since the sodium will make you retain the water weight. If you are serious about losing weight you need to make modifications to what you eat every day and have realistic goals. I suggest you ask your physician for practical guidelines.
As for looking good in one day, maybe invest in a body shaper/corset and control top pantyhose since that will be the most realistic option to look thinner in one day. Also nude high heels will visually elongate your legs making you appear taller and thinner as well. Hope these tricks help, I am assuming you are going to a dress up event.
I suggest a pair of spanx.
Or you could stop worrying about your weight? If I recall, your BMI is what, 23-something?
If you have a healthy weight, don't try to change it.
Monika, second that! Chances are, the people you're with won't even notice if you drop a few kilos of water weight.
^ That, too. Losing a couple pounds isn't going to drastically change your appearance. Besides, weight can fluctuate from day to day. Sometimes you'll wake up and be two pounds lighter than you were the day before, and sometimes you'll wake up heavier than you were the day before. If a couple pounds go away really fast, they're going to come back even faster.
hmmmm .. yeahh .. thxx all may b i should stop worrying about my weight.
Most of the stuff I'm thinking has already been said.
All I can say is a healthy bmi is between 18-24. However bmi is not really accurate (because of the muscle is twice as dense as fat issue). The 'golden' bmi is 21-22 so 23 is almost spot on 'healthy'.
I agree with Kasia and Monika. Don't worry about your weight. If your weight isn't affecting your health (being too thin can be really bad for you too) you haven't got anything to worry about
Plus if you are in the company of people who truly like you, they won't care how you look.(cliche, i know)
Hope your day was good whatever it was!
