Help me make me over!!
I would highly recommend looking at some 'edgier' hair styles. There's a lot you could do with your hair (ie. the femme mohawk and stuff - I'll try to find a picture to link). And possibly some trashy/over done make up.
I tend to find that a lot of girls can completely 'punk up' an outfit and look with just these two without needing to get tattoos/crazy hair colours. Maybe test those out for a look you like? (Sorry, I'm sure someone had probably already mentioned these as ideas...I'm not very useful haha)
You photos are gorgeous by the way.

(Pity it's Avril Lavigne hahaha)

To be completely honest though , I'm abit bias towards these looks so they might not even be what you like. Hehe, hope that helps anyways.
Thanks, everyone, both for the fresh ideas and the compliments.
I actually went shopping yesterday--one of my main problems, to tell the truth, is that right now EVERYTHING in Israel looks like a bad 80's flashback, and everywhere I go I see studs and clothes that are messy/mismatched/too big even as a size XS, and to be honest, I'm petite enough that I NEED structured and form-fitting clothes, or if you saw me walking down the street, all you would see is a huge pile of fashion thrown together in the worst way.
I do have a classic look, but I'm sick of what I've been doing. I do, however, look forward to receiving my old pointe shoes in the mail so I can bedazzle them, for example, and so on. Also, I bought a black and blue, horizontally-striped dress that is definitely similarily cut to other dresses I own, but the stripes make it new-enough that it's helped me feel a bit better.
Also, I like new textures... patterned tights are amazing, in my book, but the ones that are black or muted colors, so the design itself is what stands out.
I loved lady gaga's lavender hair. Maybe you could pull it off? Although she is a bleach blonde...

I think the lavender is a really nice soft color that isnt to crazy or bold. Maybe you could find clip-ins of the color that you like? Or extentions...
omg, when i was younger, i wanted a white-blonde bob with streaks in THAT exact shade, and a similar turquoise. YOU KNOW ME! xD
My friend did a turquoise streak and it looked beautiful!!
Right now I have "virgin" hair. It's never been coloured in any way and I'm kind of sick of looking at the same old chestnut hair so I'm thinking about doing 1 streak in it. Maybe a streak for both of us is a good idea
Starting with a streak it a good way to start. This is the first time I've even coloured my hair all over in red and you can only see it where I had my bleached streaks anyways. It's nice to change your look every now and again.
I agree. I NEVER cut my hair until my ex-fiancee messed me around back in... late 2006/early 07. Then I chopped it and went for a modernized Monroe look. After that, it was various styles of short- or medium-length until about a year ago, when I decided to grow it out. Growing it out has been a little bit lame after a new cut every 6-8 weeks, and I can't really dye it... but maybe I can get some decent-quality clip-in streaks... not in Israel, though--everything here is cheap. x.x
Does anyone know where to get good clip-in streaks?
Not in Israel no... there are places online you can get them. Clip in streaks are a good way to change your look everday, I have a rainbow one, purple, blue, pink, red!!! They are fun to play with...
I meant online--I figured nobody here would know where to get them in Israel. ;) Do you happen to know specific online shops?
Well I got mine from UK high street shops from Superdrugs, so you can see if they sell it on their website?
The next obvious one to me would be amazon.
I guess it depends on what colour you want, it you want a bright random colour like red or purple or blue then most gothicy cyber type online shops do them, maybe eBay??
Sorry I can't be more help then that :S if I find anything else I'll let you know
