Cant find Cickó!!! :(

I really do hope Cickó comes home, safe and sound.

My cats seem to like to go on little adventures and won't come home for days and days (or at least we won't see them), until they decided that everyones suffered enough and comes crying at the door.

I really do hope your kitty is just on a little adventure and is maybe just hanging around your area.

I sure hope your kitty comes home safe! I had a neighbor shoot three of my cats with a bow and arrow, it was horrible so I feel your pain =( I'm sending prayers to you and your kitty baby.

OH NO! Here in Newfoundland you need proof that he is poisoning them. Sad. I really hope he is ok

Thank you.I dont have any proof of him doing things like this.And I dont think anyone would care if I had.

A few years back we had a beautiful willow tree in our yard.And we had a family of owls living on-in it.(the tree had a big hole and they where nesting there) Two adult owls and three little ones.
When we noticed them,we started to leave them food by the tree and they where like family.I loved the noise and sounds they made at night.
And then our a""hole neighbor shot them with his gun!!! He leaned over his fence and simply just shot them! When my parents started a fight with him,he said he couldn't sleep from the noise.But they where afraid to confront him so they called the police (we had the poor owls bodies in the yard) The police said they cant and wont do anything about it.They are "just" animals and the man was on his own property.This was the father of the neighbor who is putting out the poison.He died last year.
The hole family was so upset about this,we lost our owl family(one owl survived,but needles to say he never came back to our yard) And even our willow tree is dead now.

I would really like to live in a place where neighbors are friends and love each other,not like here.Its like if you are neighbors that automatically means you have to be in a fight.
We have another neighbor who threw hole bricks at my mom in our garden.

Sorry for the rant,I just felt like you should know what kind of people we have as neighbors.

Thank you for all your nice words and prays,positive thoughts I hope my Cickó comes home.I leave him food every night and we are still looking for him on the streets.
It seems like you are the only one who understand what Im going through and Im thankful that I have such great friends here!

Im not religious,but this made me cry...

Oh my goodness honey this sounds absolutly awful and I can really imagine what you are going through. I would be devasated if my Lolly went missing...

What about talking to Rescue centre's (like here we have the RSPCA etc) and see what they say. You could also leave a picture with them so that they are awarethat any cats rescued that looks like the one in your picture to notify you??

Violetta, I'm so sorry about your stupid neighbors. They'll get what's coming to them, that's for sure.

You should move to a small town here in Georgia. ;) Georgians get a lot of flak for being country bumpkin/rednecks, but when it comes to it, (most of us) are the kind of people who'll give you the shirt off their back and invite you to dinner. We wave at strangers as we pass them on the roads and we'll stop to dig you out if your truck gets stuck in the mud. ;)

Not so much where I live now (we're in a tourist town that's bigger, so there are a lot of "wary" people who aren't hospitable) But where I grew up, everyone knew everyone and always inquired about each other's family. In the US, I think Georgia (and next Virginia and the Carolina's)are the best states.

I agree--you'd never find people like that in the Old South. I think we should ALL move there. ;) Mississippi is nice, too.

I'm constantly praying for you and your cat.... and what that "neighbor" did to your owl family is beyond despicable.

Your neighbors are just horrible. I agree with the others, you should move. But you wouldn't want to live on my street because a few houses down theres an old couple that hates animals. I was chasing my dog but he ran on their lawn so the old lady grabbed a shovel while the husband grabbed a hedge shear and tried shooing him off, I thought he was going to get hurt.

Georgia sounds pretty good. Theres always enough room in Texas, everyone is so nice here. They're building some new houses near my neighborhood, don't know if you want to move in.

WE ALL HOPE FOR HIM TO COME BACK HOME, WE SWEAR TO OUR HEARTS. AND WE WILL ALWAYS SUPPORT YOU NO MATTER WHAT.

I'm not really sure about most of these kinds of things, but there must be SOMETHING you can to stop this.

There's no reason for anyone to just harm animals simply for the sake of harming them.

I dont know of any corporations here,and its even much complicated then I can explain (and it doesn't belong on a craft site) its some political matters and knowing how corrupted everyone is here,I dont think anything would help by sueing him.And I dont even have the money for a layer.
Thank you girls for all your support!Im crying every night and I hear my mom cry too...we went looking for him last night as well.My mom thinks maybe someone just picked him up from our fence and took him home.We had that happen before.


And I have another problem too.Móric (my other kitten) is so lonely since Cickó is missing.For the first days he refused to eat,now he started eating but I can see on him how lonely he is.He wonders around the house and he is less playful.When he moved in with us they become really close friends with Cickó,and the kitten was never by himself.
So my mom taught we should get him a friend so he wouldn't be so alone...We heard on the radio that someone is giving away a kitten and my mom said shes going to bring him home to us.
But I feel like its betray getting a new kitten so soon.Mom says that no matter how many new cats we have Cickó will always be our baby and part of the family if he comes back and we will still be waiting him home.
So what do you think?Should we get a new friend for Móric? Im so confused,on first hand there is Móric,who is all alone and sad,but there is this feeling that it would be betray or something towards Cickó.Like its too soon...And then there is this kitten who is waiting for a new loving home,because the one he is living in wants to throw him out.

Aww--I say take the kitten! You don't know what will happen to him if you don't in a country like this (Israel is the same with cats, unfortunately). Additionally, cat lovers need to unite and pledge to take in as many of the little critters as they can, to help control the population and improve the quality of life for the kitties who are already out there.

You won't be betraying your baby--you are just helping your other baby, and when Cicko comes back, he will have a new friend!

You aren't replacing Cicko, and you never will. Don't think of the new one as a replacement. Think of it as a new friend. Also, if you believe in Karma, maybe rescuing this little guy will bring Cicko home as well.

Was ur cat very old? Most animals go away from their home when they die. I hope nothing happened to him. =(
My old cat AJ (who was an outside cat) would go away for week or so. Once he went away for 2 months & i never saw him. I was terrified & it drove me insane. He was like my kid. But he came back, all ruffled up like he had been lost in the desert. XD But he was okay ...i just figured he had a girlfriend somewhere. I was so happy.
He never went away for that long again, until before he died. He went away for a week, then came home & 2 days later he died from old age. I was actually relieved he came home to die, cuz usually they dont, and i was happy i knew what happened to him. That was 2 yrs ago & i still miss him everyday.

I'm sure he'll come back if hes okay. Maybe he just got lost somewhere like mine. :/ & i'd say go ahead & get a new kitten if u can stand 3 cats. Just in case cicko comes back.

Hi Violetta...I agree with your mom and the other girls; take the kitten, of course another cat won't replace your Cickó, but Móric will have another friend to play with and in case Cickó (I hope so)come back home, they'll be a lovely cats family...
