Buffy fans!

I didn't watch it when it aired, but my hubby talked me into buying the dvds and I love the show. I loved Spike, especial in the episode were they were all singing.

ohh my sister is obsessed with it!!!!!!!!!!! and she got me hooked! i've seen every episode. you can test me lol!!!! yeah we ended up buying the box set because it is so addicting! i also watched angel the spin off and ive seen every episode too

oh I loved spike and willow

Yeah, just when I was getting into it but only caught it on sometimes, they took it off the air. Love "Angel" though, now I have seen all of those episodes. Spike is hilarious at times, love his accent. David Boreanaz is gorgeous, sometimes I watch him in the new show "Bones", but it's still strange to me that he can be in sunlight on that show. Next fav show after those two is "Charmed". Now that is my show!!! The seasons just started over again in reruns. Hate they ended that one too. Don't think they air "Buffy" reruns in the states or at least not in my area.

Creativemind(or as I like to think of you, Iridessa)~I live pretty close to you, I'm in Tennessee. It's on LOGO channel(it's the lgbt channel), I think it's extended cable or whatever. It actually comes on 3 to 5 times a day, depending on the day. The only problem is they show them out of order, under theme weeks. This week is the 'studs' of Buffy, a few weeks ago, it was the failed romances. So you can have an episode from season 7, followed by one from season 2. Maybe you should just set up with Netflix, so you can watch them all in order! I only own the first seasons each of Buffy and Angel, but eventually I will get the rest. Honestly, I liked Angel better, in the later years, b/c Buffy became so soap opera like. I loved Willow, Xander, Giles, and Spike. When my fiance and I have a daughter, we've decided to name her Willow Evangeline....Yes, I'm a geek.
But, my 3 year old, Sofi got her middle name, Susannah, after Susannah Dean, from Stephen King's Dark Tower book series. My ex husband and I were listening to the books on tape while I was pregnant with her: )

I just finished completely re-watching Buffy and Angel for the first time since they first aired. It's so depressing when you get to the end of the series. But I'm consoling myself in the fact that I’m going to meet James Marsters, the actor who plays Spike, at a comic con next month.
Has anyone tried the Buffy or Angel comic books?

Yes, it's extremely depressing to finish the series. Any series, really. I feel the same way about Firefly.

I'm a closet Buffy fan. And yes Morgan, I have a few Buffy comics. They take off where the series ended.
I hate Angel though. Tall, dark and forehead.

I have an almost complete set of Buffy/Angel books (brilliant reading btw) I have to full Buffy series on VHS, which I now have to get rid of, because I do not own a VHS player any more and I just don't get the time to watch them. Some of them are still in their cellophane wrappers =(

Anyone in the UK want a ful set of BUFFY VHS Tapes??

I am a huge Buffy and Angel fan. More of a Buffy fan though. I have rewatched all Buffy seasons twice in the last 2 years. Mostly while knitting hehe Sometimes I would watch 3 in a row!
I love Willow and Tara, Xander kind of bugged me sometimes when he would get up on his high horse, but still gotta love him and of course Buffy just kicks ass!

I collect the new season 8 of Buffy in comics and the new season of Angel in comics too. They are brilliant! In Angel alone there have been like 3 or more spin off comics! Some of Angel during ww2, some of Spike, some with Drusilla! Amazing.

The musical episode and Hush episode are probably up there in my all time favourite ones. I have listened to the album Once More With Feeling so many times, it just cheers me up

I was very lucky to meet Danny Strong who played one of the Nerds, Jonathan, here in Iceland a few years ago. He was very nice to me and gave me a hug and kiss on the cheek hehe

FINALLY I've found people who love Buffy as much as I do! My favourite characters are Buffy (of course), Anya (especially for making THAT gesture in the episode Hush), Giles (that voice does funny things to my insides o.O) and, of course, Spike! If I could stick a cherry on him and call him a sundae I would eat him right up ;)
I also agree with spright's comment, although I don't hate Angel, he's all forehead. Personally, aside from the murderous psychopath thing, I actually prefer Angelus. He's way less way conflicted and knows how to have a good time!
