How can I make my eyes look bigger?

hey, i have that too!
tiny little asian eyes(^_^)
i put on really good eyepencil. then rub away practically all of it with make up remover. then put on mascara.
but...i'm not experienced with make up nor do i have the time to put on much in the morning. this works for me, but i'm not so sure if other people have way better tips.

Im wearing make-up all day.I mostly put on black eyeliner and black mascara.Like this:

Try using dark eyeliner at the outer edges of your eye only. Use a brown eyeliner or white eyeliner under your lower eyelid will make it look bigger and a brown/blonde eyebrow pencil. The black is framing yours eyes and drawing attention to their size. Try using a white or silver eyeshadow on the middle of your eye lid where it curves you can blend this in with a dark smokey grey. This will make your eye stand out. Avoid dark colour near your nose it will make your nose look big and your eyes smaller because of the colour difference. Hope this helps x

Line the bottom of your eyes with white eyeliner.

I'm with Tammy....line your eyes with white eyeliner...it works

i only wear eye pencil (black, very thin line) under my eyes and the only the half that is not near your nose.

Black, when used near the inner corner, tends to make the eyes look smaller.
Try putting some white in the inner corner to open up your eyes.
In almost all of the makeup looks I do, I use white in the inner corner of my upper and lower lids.
Lining your bottom waterline will also help give the illusion of larger eyes.

Another thing that can help is curling your lashes at the base before putting on mascara.

Also, try tightlining your upper eyelid.

Use circle lenses! lol.
But besides that, you can find a lot of tutorials on this subject on youtube

You can still wear your dark makeup, but just line the waterline (I think that's what it's called [the inner bottom part of you eye]) with white and you can still wear the black on your bottom lash line. I'm with Erica, put some light shadow near your tear duct in the corner and that will also bring some light to your eye. The white doesn't have to be super-noticeable, it's just there to give the illusion of a bigger eye.

Hi, thought this might be useful. I found it in an old 1960's make up book. Lol x

Brush white powder over your eyelids and bring down to under the outside corner. With a brown eyeshadow make a fine line just above your natural eye socket. Use a soft pastel shade above this line towards your eyebrow, stop just before the arch of your eyebrow. Use your dark eyeliner along your top eyelash.

Ok, my advice is to line your eyes with white eye pencil, lower and upper even on your waterline and even extended outward, and apply false under-eyelashes under the new line you created! there are also a type of non-perscription contacts to make your eyes look bigger! check this out:

I have small eyes too, and what I do is put silver/grey eyeshadow on the top and bottom of my eyes (but a very thin line on the bottom), then just mascara on both sets of lashes and a thin line of black liquid eyeliner on the top lid which goes out into a flick. I sometimes do a little dot or two next to the flick as well, just to pull my eyes out more.

I have the extra problem that there are like no eyeshadows I can wear. If I wear dark eyeshadow, my eyes look smaller, but I can't really wear colours - blue is an obvious one but they make my eyes look less green. And green eyeshadow doesn't look right. I wonder if yellow would look alright?

i have tiny little almond eyes
so to make them appear larger all i do is use a light brown eye shadow to give them more depth
light the highest point of my eye area with white eye shadow (which is right underneath your eyebrows)
and in the corner of your eyes (the corner closest to your nose)
and only wear eye liner on your top lid, preferably the pin up wing, that way it elongates the eye
and wear mascara on both your top and lower lashes, and make sure to add extra mascara on the outer lashes ( the ones closest to you ears)
that way it looks like your eyes look longer than they realy are
