Perseid Meteor Shower

Every year in August Perseids Meteor comes past. Last year I saw 3 shooting stars along with one 'star' that went from one side of the horizon right in front our house and over it and then disappeared, so I dunno what the hell that was! But the shooting stars were amazing, my heart skipped a beat every time I saw one and I got tingles! Last year it was a very clear night with a new moon so perfect conditions!

Unfortunatly I thought it was later in the month that the comet went past and just had a look at when it was gonna happen today, the 12th was when it peaked, but hopefully if you look out from 10pm onwards you might still see some.

I saw, on the 10th, 14 comets and, on the 11th, 16!
It was a real shower my boyfriend and I were nicely shocked *__*

Cool! Today I saw two brown blobs in the sky and then they dissappeared!!! I'm guessing they were just balloons Happy

well they were definatly unidentifed flying objects but I don't know if they had any aliens in them!

I missed it! I wanted to see it with my friends, but they all fell asleep, so I was passing the time watching the movies waiting untill I could actually see it, and I got so engrossed in the movies I was watching, I kind of forgot about it... lol
