Resale of Handmade Goods?
It is legal. If you don't want them selling your jewelry to other people, then don't sell to them. Otherwise, you could make them sign a contract stating that they can't resell it. If they sold through the contract, you could take them to small claims court.
Otherwise, you could set up a consignment agreement that you will get a percentage of what they make off of it. Like split it so it's 80/20 so you're making most of the profit.
No problem. I have a few crafter friends who have their friends sell items for them like that, with most of the profit going to the original creator. The people who help sell the stuff also hand out lots of business cards.
If you don't feel comfortable arranging a split profit system with that person, just start charging them more.
