Help with my hairband!!

So my black hairband is....too tight for me....I mean first. Wear it and then after some time the back of my ears hurt and if I take it off late it swells and hurts like mad!! Any idea?? Please help!

What if you add more elastic to the band? You could cut through the existing seam and sew in a piece of elastic.

Oh im sorry I misunderstood lol. What about if you cushioned the ends with cotton batting or fabric

Foam would work, too. You could always cover the whole thing in fabric.

You may just need to get a new headband. I have one that has adjustable rubber ends that I can bend to make it fit better, but it was pretty pricy, about 5 dollars for one.
