Looking for some plus size friends!

Wheres all the chubby girls? Im looking to make some big girl friends on here so we can share ideas and pics of plus size clothing creations....or anything. Im new to this site, so still trying to figure it all out =)

I'm not plus sized (but I am a bit overweight), but I do like talking about different styles of clothing.

I have quite a few plus-sized friends and relatives though, and they're all the type that can pull off fashions for their sizes well.

One thing that I've seen the plus-sized ladies I know pull off well is long knit cardigans and flowing skirts.
But pretty much anything looks good if it fits well in all the right places.

OK so being likened to Dawn French is the vicar of Dibley was a slightly harsh but accurate comment-I am 5 inches taller than her but just as voluptous (great word Kimmi).

I found a gorgeous book this week at the library

The Fiberarts book of Wearable Art by K Aimone-Just made me want to make my own stuff.

Been chubby all my life and so has my best friend! We had each others backs all through high school so no one ever said anything to us. I used to be insecure about my body but now I loooove it and I loove to dress up and look perty. Just cause I'm a little bigger than most doesn't mean I can't look as sexy.

UK size 20/22 here and finding it hard to find "sexy" clothes. Evans and Yours have a good range, but assume we all want to hide our legs. Its very hard to find a skirt above the knees! Happy

I love CO&K though. If I can't find it, I can try making it Happy

Yeah I'm also plus-sized. Debs LOL and aaww at being compared to by Dawn French, although I'd take that as a compliment, she's a prime example of a big woman being extremely beautiful and successful!!
