So...yep I'm new as of a few minutes ago! I'm very crafty and can do little bits of everything from Visual-Kei to Steampunk. I can sew and design decently(I'd like to think) and I'll prolly post some projects within the next few days if I get pictures of me doing stuff.

Nice site, very different from Instructables for sure. I might contribute one of my projects or two sometime in the future.

Hi all. Discovered this site yesterday and have been scouring ever since. Getting nothing else done, lol. THis place is FANTASTIC! I'm a crafter from way back. I've done just about everything from needlework to flower arranging to sewing to painting...you name it and I've probably tried it.
I've always been a recycle crafter. Turning old stuff into new. I started doing this years ago when my kids were small to save money. Then it seemed that that kind of crafting went out of vogue. Now, with this economy, recycle crafting seems to be coming back, thank goodness. Then I found this site and was totally amazed at the creativity. Who says younger people don't craft. You'd never know it from this site. Marvelously creative young people here.
Maybe you all can teach this old dog some new tricks.
I've already got my creative juices going and have a plan for a great project that I will take pics of and post it here.
Thanks for getting my creativity flowing again!

Hi, the name is Leslye. Creeper, Zombie, whatever else you wish to call me is fine too. I JUST found this site while surfing the web. I myself am, quite the newb, when it comes to crafting. My expertise lies in drawing. I've always had an interest in crafts though, so what better way to help me get on board eh?
