Hello Everyone!

I am your typical beer drinking, Colorado hippie girl. I make and sell feather earrings and hair extension clips under the name Blue Dog Feathers. You can find my business page on Facebook. My Etsy shop is empty at the moment due to a couple retail locations requesting inventory - Yay! At the moment, I am just taking custom orders but once I can build the inventory back up, I will have some items listed on Etsy once again.

My super RAD boyfriend surprised the hell outta me with a brand new Singer for Christmas! I was very excited but had NO idea how to use it. (I was one of those that blew off sewing for cooking in Home Ec.) After it taking me an entire night and 3 glasses of wine to figure out threading the machine, I have successfully made 2 projects: Corduroy Heart-Shaped Coasters, and a Drawstring Bag for traveling with my feather clips.

I am very excited to learn from all of you amazing crafties out there!

Just found this site after reading your article in Company Magazine this month! what a fab site!
I'm from Winchester in Hampshire and my current crafty phase is baking, in particular cupcakes! love being creative with the icing, tho I'm gonna have to start selling them soon. either that or start hitting the gym really hard!
But I can't wait to find some other crafty projects to try!!!
