International Women's Day

I just wanted to let everyone know, today is International Women's Day (March 8th)and since we are mostly women here and from all sorts of countries I thought it would be nice to wish everyone a Happy International Women's Day! Happy I did some reading up on this and it seems that it started as a Socialist Movement but has evolved to a day of being nice to women! Pretty cool huh!? Happy

Yeah,it is cool.We celebrate womens day today.Its tradition that men get flowers or perfume or chocolate for women here.
I got roses from my dad and father in law and a beautiful purple flower from my husband.And he cooked dinner for me today.Happy
