UKers meet up?

Just an idea, wanted to see who would be interested, but I know it might not be practical because there are loads of us spread out all over the country.

Who would be interested in a meet up at some point this summer? It would be cool to get to meet some of you face-to-face Happy. And if anyone is interested, where would be a good meeting place? I vote for London (mainly because I live pretty close to the city centre and it's easy for me to travel to ;) ), but I can travel a little way by train. Ooo, and any suggestions for possible dates as well?

On the 22nd August there is a craft fair in London called Craftacular. How about meeting people there? I'd be up for it. I'm only in Hertfordshire and was thinking of going to the fair thing anyway. We could even be really silly and all have something crafty to identify ourselves - all be wearing a ducktape rose or something Happy Just a silly thought! The face to face idea is really good though.

Damn, it's on a Saturday and I work on Saturdays, and I've used up all my holiday this year :'(. I might have handed in my notice by then though because I'm off to uni at the end of September, but I hadn't really decided on that yet. Hmph.

I'd be up for meeting up, I live in the suburbs of North London... tis just a quick train journey for me!! Depends when though, I'm off from Uni, but I'm spending some of my hol up in Mansfield with my sister!!

I'm free every day except Saturdays because I'm at work Happy. And as of next Monday I'll be disappearing until 12th August, because I'm off to Honduras and then Devon to visit my brother. But any time between then and the end of September I should be able to make Happy.

Wow, sounds like you're doing alot of travelling. Sounds good to me!! It only takes me about 30/40 mins on trains to get into central london so I'm game Happy
