Alrighty, I'm starting today. Not counting new uniform stuff, because I need that for school and I seriously need new uniforms in a bad way.

I don't think it will be too hard, as I'm broke and saving up for a new sewing machine with which to make clothes haha

The stakes went up, my mom just bet me $100 that I couldnt go 1 year without buying clothing. Now I definitely have to win! I have also decided to extend the idea to no jewelry or shoes.

what did you have? I have a pink kenmore, got it for $50 and works like a dream, just made two pair of shorts from scrubs.

Well I think I can go a year without buying retail. I am repurposing my closet, and so far it is very exciting

I was in the midst of trying to repurpose my brother's closet for him, lol.

I have an older Kenmore 10, usually it works amazing...but every once in a while the bobbin decides to be really dumb Happy

Those are adorable!

I'm so jealous of your current crafty ingeniousness. I wish I could be sewing...I just ripped out all the seams on one of my old jackets I never wear, I'm using it as a template for a cropped jacket.
