I received this message on my yahoo emailaccount. Did anyone else get it? It's from a @gmail account so I don't trust it one little bit. I'm supposed to give my password which is just stoopid.

no i havent received anything like that?! That is crazy!
I sure would not trust it . you never know who is what anymore so you have to be caucious.
haha any place that asks for your password through an email is a fraud, because yahoo HAS your password, and if it were real it would not need it to be given to them. and I also have yahoo and have not received it, soooooo its a no go for sure, haha.
Yeah I would definitely say that's something to ignore. Any email asking for info is usually suspect. Generally they tell you to go to your account and deal with the settings.
Yeah, that's not legit, it's a phishing email. which means it's fraud and someone is just trying to get your information which yahoo wouldn't ask you for, and usually it would say it's a "phishing email" somewhere posted by yahoo in that message. Just delete it and forget it.
Do not give your password to ANYONE...yahoo never asks for your password..and no website should
I have a yahoo, I havn't got one
Me neither. I've got 2 yahoo accounts too.
I'm on a harpers island marthon
A few minutes after this email i got a second one from yahoo.verification@yahoo.com. Which also af course i didn't respond to. I reported the emails to yahoo.
