Question on Tutorials

Good morning,

I'm new to cutoutandkeep.
I have a question I was going to add a project that I did.
I used a pattern from a blogger for the basis of my project.
Can I add it as a full tutorial if I give a link to the blogger's site? Or I just put it under partial.

I would direct this Question to Cat. There is a 'email us' button on the very bottom of every page.
If it was me I would post the tutorial but choose to give credit to the pattern makers.
