try burdastyle.com, it's also a sewing magazine, and normally they also have tuts on their site Happy

What exactly do you want to learn? Pattern drafting, using patterns, things you don't need a pattern for...

There are how-to's on CO+K itself, those are mostly for the no-pattern projects (there's some really cool stuff here)

Burda is very useful for both pre-made patterns and learning to draft basic patterns, if that's what you want to learn.

I think I learned the most about sewing by watching old Threadbanger videos. Starting at the basics and then working my way up. I was sewing for years before I ever found Threadbanger so I had a basic knowledge of sewing but I did everything the lazy way because I had no idea about how many great ways there were to make sewing easier.
