Well i just made these valentines where i cut out a heart shape from card stock and then ripped up pieces of newspaper and glued it to the heart, then i typed up the recipent's name on word and cut it out and glued it on the heart, i then poked a whole on the bottom and added beads with wire. You could do this and glue it onto a blank card.
