How would you make a tiara like this?

I was thinking clock hands but I have no idea where I could buy some. Does anyone have any alternatives to that?

If a craft store has a clockmaking section they have the hands. You might also try with clock repair places.

Thrift stores have lots of clocks for super cheap. Or print a stencil, paint and cutout from flattened pop cans.

i think you can make it very easy with those hair ornament that look like a small wodden stick with beads on it... just spray paint em
