Favour ideas for a 60's party!

Hi, I need some inspiration! I am hosting a dinner party for my parents-in-law for their Ruby wedding anniversary (they are also renewing their vows!). I need an idea for a 60's style favour to put on the tables. At first I thought I would make some tie dye party bags and fill it with 60's novelty things. But, that's getting very expensive. Any ideas very much welcome!!!

and also why not try mod, the 60's were about change, MOD fashion, colour blocking, Summer of Love...

but rainbow cupcakes, how about record bowls to hold candy? Also find how to do it here, go to a second hand store get some records-bake and mold. cool bowls

how about beatles place holders? card stock, a picture.. I will make a mock up to show you

Hi Michelle, thanks for your reply. I love the idea of rainbow cupcakes but I have enough baking to do!! I'm interested in the place holders...can I find them on the site? How would I make the masks?

well I am a graphic designer, want me to make them?

I will post a very large pic here, and you can print it off!

the mask, easy. get some card stock, print off a large picture of twiggy's face(or any other 60's icon) cut out eyes and glue stick to it, tada.

I will have those place cards for you in a jiffy. Sometime tonight ok!
