Weird Top Recon Help Please!

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but...hey Happy

I've got this top (see below) but i would like to change it somehow :S It's ok but the hole bit at the top of the neckline sits shows off the middle of the wearers chest...doesn't look too good. Any ideas in what i could do to change it? How? Not really worried whether it be complete change to something like a skirt or just a smll change to the top Happy

Try putting a piece of lace behind it, pink color even to bring some of that color that's at the bottom to the top

Try removing the strange ribbon type tacky things by cutting the skirt neatly right above that area on the bottom. Then remove the whole top of the dress, from below the open loop at the seam and up to the straps. Look for a tutorial to recon the material you have left into an adorable skirt because I love the pattern on the fabric. Use the other remaining scraps to do whatever you want. Have fun!
