Dried herbs?

I have an indoor herb garden and I have snipped a bunch of the plants and am now drying the herbs. I have mainly mint, rosemary, and lavendar. Does anyone have any ideas about what I could do with all of these dried herbs? The only thing that I can think of to make are those drawer sachets and I don't really want to go that route. Thanks for your suggestions!

Homemade tea! You could make little teabags or evem give them as gifts.

or in a pot of water over the oven - it'll make everything smell nice! We do that in winter - take a big pot and put it on top of the kerosene (sp?) heater with stuff in it to make the house smell yummy!

You could probably also soak it in a bottle in some water, the scent might infuse and make a yummy smelling room spray - i wonder if that would work!!

Crush it up and use it for handmade paper

Or bundle it up and hang it from somewhere - again with the yummy scent!

When making paper put some into it to make it look nice and maybe it will still smell after :O

Thanks everyone. I really like all of these suggestions. I think that I will do a little bit of everything that all of you suggested with them. I have a ton to use up, so there are definitely enough to go around.

That's a link to the lavender lemonade I mentioned. You could obviously use lemons instead of limes. Either would be delicious! I wish I had dried lavender!

You can grind them up with a mortar and pestle and then burn then on a charcol for incense.

Make some bath bombs and mix them in.

Make a wreath for your door! Happy

If you make paper, you could mix them in with that. You could mix them to create a bath sachel, or create your own paints Happy

There was a tragedy with the herbs. I had them sitting on the kitchen counter and a rancid watermelon leaked all over them. I had to dispose of all of the herbs because they got soaked in rotten watermelon leakage, I mean this thing got juice all over the kitchen. Fortunately the plants are still growing, so I will trim them again soon and dry some more leaves. I did get a little bit of use out of some of the herbs though. Thanks for all of your great suggestions everyone, I would like to do a little bit of everything with them. Now we must wait until I cut the next batch...
