Iced-tea Recipes
Its been so hot here recently I thought the ideal thing to make this weekend is iced tea! But before I hit google does anyone on here have a good recipe for iced tea or suggestions for flavours?
I like iced green tea, but iced black tea is the most popular.
Try steeping 8 or 10 tea bags in 2 quarts of water for 3 or 4 hours, then take out the teabags and add sugar (try about a cup of sugar for 2 quarts). Lemon juice and lime juice add in a bit more flavor but orange might be good as well.
I really like mint iced tea. You can also just brew plain old liptons with fresh mint leaves. As I run out of tea I also like to mix different flavors together and just experiment.
meres my favorite... green tea, bucket of hot water, honey.. cant be more simple when its cold its great
also best limonade on eatth
bucket of cold water, sqquze a few lemons like 7, 2 orange (and droop the half citrus in the water after you squeeze the juice of em real good ), add 2 small bag thing of cranberry tea, few leaves of mint and suggar it make the most amazing pink lemonade i made a big bucket of it every night for the restaurant`s staff to survive the rush in summer you may need to scale it down a bit if you live alone
