Bento Boxes

AWWWWWW so cute!! I want a hello kitty bento box That gives me inspiration to make one to take for lunch, I don't eat lunch at work(we get it provided) coz it's disgusting food we get

I would have made one for tomorrow, but Tesco closed really early because it's a bank holiday

SO cute! *wants* There was a shop that sold them on my way to work, but it's gone now I am going to the mall tomorrow.. hehe maybe they will have one there? hmmm

I don't think it's a particularly special Bank Holiday, just some local holiday of sorts.

Even if you can only get a cheap, boring bento box, you could decorate it with Hello Kitty and make it pretty.

They didn't have ANY kind of box, plus I was too tired too search lol

today I got inspired and had a search on this here internet about bento boxes and I waaaant ooone! I really want a mamegoma box I love the little sets with the box, bag and chopstick case!

where did you find the cool japanese food!? I don't think any where here sells it!

I have this huge oriental supermarket around the corner from my flat, it's huge and sells all kinds of cool food. I think it's the biggest oriental supermarket in Scotland.

OH MY they just opened a huge Asian store here near where I work!! I have to go there, I hope they have some interesting things eeep

Here's the bento I've been having this week:

Salad and salsa wrap, tuna pasta salad cookie chocolate squares, a homemade brownie and a can of Kick (a cheap version of Red Bull).

oh my god, those look so cool, ur so healthy cat and the food you eat is so interesting and diverse. I don't know where you get the time to do all the things you do!!
P.S. I've got to look up bento boxes.

Here's another bento I made recently with <a href="http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/patatas_bravas">patatas bravas</a>, <a href="http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/tortilla_de_patatas">tortilla de patatas</a>, <a href="http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/super_cheesy_tortillas">super cheesy tortillas</a> and a ghost cookie from the bakery. It was more of a tapas style bento.

I was looking them up on ebay and there are so many accessories to go with them- picks, dividers,sauce bottles,etc. I especially loved a mini sauce bottle that were little red apples with cute faces on them.
I have my eyes on a pretty hello kitty bento box. I don't usually eat lunch but I reckon these bento boxes could change my mind!
You have to type in bento boxes on google and click on the flickr link, people have posted pictures of their bento boxes and they go all out with them, they decorate their food- one girl had rice with pretty flowers on top made fom pices of capsicum!

this site is really good but based in America but that usually means it's actually cheaper even with international postage

This is a great site were a woman from the Florida who lives in Japan, puts up picks from her daily bento's and her kids one too so cute!!!
