Sally Hansen Salon Effects

So my mom tried them a while ago, and bought me a pack to try out as soon as I got home for vacation.

They are totally awesome. I put them on pretty quickly and since there's no dry time, I was free to go groom my cat as soon as they were on. I even used them on my toenails!

I found though that having short, natural nails makes it so that I only need 5 of the 16 pieces in the kit to do all 10 nails and another 3 for my toenails. I just had to cut the ones for my fingernails in half, and the ones for my small toenails in quarters. I'm pretty pleased. It only took about 10 minutes to do the manicure and another 10 for the pedicure, and it's all smudge-free.

If you've been tempted to try them, do it!

I have been very tempted! I'm glad to hear that they actually work. I think I will definitely try them out because I looove doing my nails, but I hate waiting for them to dry and they always smudge. I will probably pick some up very soon now.

I got the multicolor glitter set, and it was so easy compared to trying to get actual glitter nail polish from a bottle to stay on without chipping as soon as I move my hands!

The lace and fishnet sets are going to be my next purchases. I love love love them!

I was eyeing the fishnet set when I first saw them! I actually tried to do fishnet nails a long time ago, but they never turned out right.
