xYaelle
We meet xYaelle who loves drawing and making statement necklaces.
How did you find CO+K and why did you join?
One of my friends told me about the website, and when I went to look on it I saw so many great art projects that I just had to sign up! It's a great source for so many different art projects.
What projects are you currently working on?
Currently, not so much. I still want to entire fill my vase with Lucky Stars but that's way too much work. And I'm always drawing something, I'm working on a drawing of a friend at this moment. And I'm trying to get some new ideas for a statement necklace! And I want to learn how to crochet and make a blanket. And... And... And... I just want too much hahaha.

Fun with Stitching
We chat to Fiona, give you a chance to win the book and learn how-to stitch an elephant.
Hi everyone. I'm a sewing and knitting writer, living just outside London in the UK. I'm largely self taught and studied politics at university, so nothing at all arty. But my heart has always been in making things. When I was 11, I won my school sewing cup for a pair of slightly dodgy looking blue seersucker pyjamas. And although I've written a lot of knitting books recently, sewing is my first love. I used to teach it and am still part of a local sewing group.
Mistress Nora of Madness recreates the colourful hippyish style of a boho party from the 60's.
The sixties was all about sharing and caring. Peace not War. Breaking out of the restrictive clothes and concepts of the 50's. No more doing what is expected of you. It was a time of thinking for yourself and standing up for what you thought was correct. Loving everyone=no matter. Loving Mother Earth and her resources.
