I have chopsticks, but everyone eats with fork and knife here. xD
Though i admit that its hard to eat with chopsticks because not all the stuff we make here can be easy to eat with them. So i still eat alot with fork and knife.
Well maybe you can search in shops?
You can also buy them as a little plant not only seeds.

You might not be able to find them where you live, but
maybe you can buy them off internet.
Remember that you dont really have to put them in the ground because you can also put them in some kind of jar or vase with (potting?)soil(<- i'm not sure if thats the right word though
Dont forget to water them from time to time.
By putting them in a sunny place makes them grow nice and red, and fresh air is good for them too so i'd recommend to put them outside, though opening a window and place it behind it might be a good idea too if you cant put them outside.
