Lol...I'm the wrong side of 40. Most of my things are to do with sewing. I suppose I'm like your sister in the gothic and kitch thing. I like playing around with materials. Jet is brilliant at it. I don't think she throws much away because she finds a craft use for stuff. My thing is hats and victoriana although I've recently taken up knitting again. I've been trying to get my daughter interested in the site but she is so busy making animations she just asks me to fave stuff for her. I help her making the models...it's great being a grown up playing with plasticine ;)

Hi, thanks for the friend request. It's so funny I keep following Jet. She is a very good friend of mine from Holland. I usually work full time hours and had no sick days for 9 years and now I've been off for 9 weeks. I was injured in March last year and managed to work for 7 months then collasped. I have a condition called CRPS. It means I have constant excrutiating pain in both arms, down my spine and in my left foot. Crafting keeps my arms going and is good therapy. I 'forget' about the pain. Thank you for your lovely comment about my projects. I'm in my 40's and have spent most of my life making and mending things and I'm still learning. I see you are a steampunk fan too. I trained as a jeweller so maybe I will do some steampunk pieces. Have a great day

My two aren't they mostly take care of themselves the only time Poukie is a little harder than a short hair is when her coat is changing and she gets a few mats but brushing her once a day at those times of the year fix's that and my other one Harley is a very self sufficient boy he never needs groomed tho he does spend ages grooming himself personally I just think he is a little vain lol.

No the cats aren't mine I just loved the picture I thought it was fantastic. I do have two cats tho they are both long haired one ginger and a one brown.
