Hi there! My real name is Thera Joyce, but around the interwebs I go by Crafty Pirate. I'm completely obsessed with DIY. I make everything!
My favorite crafts are sewing, furniture rehab and upcycling. I also dabble in computer art. I love Photoshop!
I'm a hairstylist by trade, but have many different endeavors on my plate. I currently spend most of my time writing tutorials and content for my DIY Lifestyle blog. I also sell my handmade pirate/Rock n Roll inspired accessories and clothing online.
One of my biggest talents is turning old, broken, used things into new, usable things. I'm a big supporter of recycling and upcycling. I'd rather re-make something than throw it in the trash. As a result, my living environment is totally unique. It would be a nightmare for me to wake up one day and not remember how to revamp old items or create things. I'm an artist to the core.
When I'm not crafting or doing hair, I'm spending time with my sweet boyfriend and kitty. We love watching movies and Netflix is our favorite pass time.
