Ummm... I assume that each set has been sewn together with tops of the straps still left open. So you put set B inside the set A, with the right sides of set B facing the right sides of set A.
That would make: set B, WRONG sides together, goes inside set A, RIGHT sides together. So yes, it would be right of A and B together, otherwise you couldn't make a neat straps.
I hope I'm not confusing! @.@

Thanks! Learning sites would be awesome. I have a book that tells me how to do it, but I'm still not that good at it. After I cast on, I go good for a little bit, but then I mess up on the 4th or 5th row. Haha
