About
I'm a busy grad student with so little time for crafting. I'm a Master's student of sociocultural anthropology with a seriously underdeveloped creative side.
I like functional, but attractive crafts that utilize recycled materials. My goal is to re-use materials in order to save money and be easy on the planet. My ultimate goal, years down the road, is to be more self-sufficient. I'd like to grow a kitchen garden, make my own jams, and generally rock the domestic sphere! For now, I'd like to dabble with making my own greeting cards. I love searching through projects to inspire my own daydreaming/imagination, even though I don't follow through.
This website is my new addiction. ^_^

- commented on their comment Not sure, but I would imagine it would take a decent amount of experimenting to get the ratio right. Flavored gelatin has sugar in it and isn't 100% gelatin. I'm really not sure. to Gummy Candy!!!! 05 Dec 03:47
- commented on their comment I love Larabars, but I always found them a bit too expensive to eat frequently (even at Costco). Thanks for the recipe! to Larabar Recipe (Vegan) 04 Oct 17:22

- commented on their comment I thought the iced coffee was a great idea! It reminded me that I need to invest in a French press. (I tossed out my coffeemaker during my last move.) :D to Kepi 08 May 23:59

You just reminded me to 'use' my french press. We got one (that I wanted mind you) for Christmas 2-3 years ago, and it's still left untouched. I think I'm a bit intimidated by it, because I've never used one before, lol.
