When did you first start making jewelry and how did you learn?
I started building my bead stash when I was just a little girl, and haven't stopped! I'm mostly self taught, and am lucky enough to be surrounded by incredibly talented people from whom I learn every day!
Can you remember the first piece you made?
I still have tons of bracelets and necklaces that I made with materials that I "borrowed" from my dad's tackle box when I was a kid.
Where do you look for inspiration?
Inspiration is all around me. If I'm being honest, Pinterest is my favorite resource for inspiration. I save tons of designs that I can go back to for inspiration during a design rut.
What's your craft space like and how do you organize your supplies?
I haven't met many crafts that haven't been my favorite for at least a little while. I like going "all in", and my craft space reflects that. But being able to relatively quickly grab all of the supplies I need for any last minute project right from my studio? Priceless.
What music/podcasts/TV shows do you love to craft along to?
Music! All kinds of music!
Do you do any other crafts and what are your hobbies?
Since my day job is all about the beading, I like to unwind at home either crocheting or knitting. There's always some sort of papercrafting project going on, as well.
