Tell us a bit about your home and what you love about it the most?
We recently moved out of an apartment and into a little townhouse which will be our home for the next two years while my husband finishes dental school. Neither of us are city dwellers so we love being able to look outside and see green grass and woods!
What was the first DIY project you did to your home or first thing you made for it?
A majority of the decor in our home was also decor in our DIY wedding. We didn't like the idea of spending huge amounts of money on a wedding without getting a return so we made sure that the framed quotes, chalkboards, pictures, candles, pillows, windows, planters and so on and so forth were things we could create for our wedding and then use again in our home.
Do you have any tips for staying tidy & organised?
Don't let things get piled up. At the end of each day do a quick walk through your home and put away things that got pulled out and forgotten about. That way every morning you will wake up to a clean and tidy home!
If you could tour any celebrities home, who would it be?
Taylor Swift. I feel like my style has grown and changed in a very similar matter as hers has.
If you had three wishes, what changes would you make to your home?
Our home is pretty temporary right now, but someday we want to have lots of big windows, a kitchen to fit my short stature's needs, and an office/library where I can keep all my books and do all of my blogging and crafts.
Do you do any other crafts and what are your hobbies?
I love to cook and bake! I love experimenting in the kitchen and sometimes that means we have to eat a lot of cookies - such a hard life!
