Yummiest Jewelry Storage Ever!

For cupcake-holics like me :D
So THIS is what I got for my birthday from my boyfriend, and he's actually not a DIY'er! He knows how much jewelry I own and all the way disliked the way I stored it.. well.. this was his solution, and I loved it SO much!

Important! I can only GUESS how long it took and about the amount of money he spent.

To the structure: It's felt applied on a big old frame, which he varnished before. Then he took cubes of wood and glued them on the felt in an organized way because this was the basement for the foam rubber (yellow&brown). This produced a little space between frame and cupcake'top' as this was where the earrings should hang. And also the hairclips on the edge as you can see. The sprinkles in black are put on the cupcake the same way, with wooden cubes behind them.
A great thing about the felt is also that you can hang your earrings and even quite heavy hairclips on it in order of its fuzzy surface. ^^

Maybe I would've chosen other colors.. but I'm loving it anyway cause it's made with love <3
