Yellow Skirt With Lace Skirt

2 skirts I made layered over one another.
I like to make lace skirts because they are simple to make and look great when placed over other skirts and dresses or under them so they peek out of the bottom. The yellow skirt was pleated with some simple box pleats and has a waste band. In the picture I am wearing both skirts and also a necklace with a pendant I made myself.
