You Will Need

Step 1Sew two scarves together into one long one and trim the tassels from the ends you joined together.
-
Step 2Make approx. 6 even pleats by sewing the scarf to itself, creating a loop as pictured.

Step 3Continue all down the scarf.

Step 4Flatten the loops/pleats and tie a ribbon or string around the middle. For a finished look, tie with yarn and then hot glue two of the extra tassels around it.
