Here are some similar tutorials to help you make this one!
I measured my wrist and added about 1.5" to that measurement.
I then cut 2 pc of 16g. wire that length. I marked the center with a felt pen on each one, then did some spirals on each end of each of the two pieces- I called these the 'cuff frames'
Then I cut another piece of 16g. wire about 6 inches long and made a loose spiral that was about the width that I wanted the bracelet.
I used 24g to attach the edge (closer to the center) of the middle piece to one piece of the cuff frame. Then I made sure the length and width were right for my wrist and attached the other side of the center spiral to the other cuff frame piece.
Then from there, it was just 24g wire and beading all over the place. I just winged it.
