You Will Need
-
Step 1
Clear the work surface of any dragon glass.
-
Step 2
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of hot water on the stove. Once it
is melted and smooth, tip out onto non-stick baking paper and spread evenly
and smoothly with a palette knife. Allow to cool. Once cooled and hardened,
use a gingerbread man cutter to make four or five men. Keep any leftover
chocolate to re-melt later for sticking. -
Step 3
Spoon the Marshmallow Fluff into a large piping bag with a plain nozzle.
Pipe the outline of each man onto a chocolate shape as shown, then fill in the
centre. When set, add blue chocolate eyes and add pupils and other details
with the blue food colour and melted chocolate. -
Step 4
Wrap each jelly baby head in a tiny piece of icing and stick on blue sugar drop
eyes with a little water. Stick a piece of blue sweet to each chocolate stick with
a little melted chocolate. -
Step 5
Stick a chocolate spear, baby and walnut half to each man with a little melted
chocolate. -
Step 6
Place the blue-eyed baby on a home-made altar and let shriek a battle cry to
let your guests know tea is ready.
